in 1987 by Harvey Rosenfeld. Mr. Rosenfeld has spent over
thirty five years in the benefits field. Prior to USA
Group, he served for twenty years in various positions
including senior and executive management assignments
at both regional and money center financial institutions.
He has a comprehensive background in domestic and international
employee benefits.
Mr. Rosenfeld has been active in the industry, having
taught graduate level courses to industry executives as
well as the Certified Employee Benefits Program (CEBS)
to benefits professionals. He has been a frequent speaker
at industry seminars sponsored by various industry associations
and publications, and has authored articles on benefits
issues.
